TC Advisory Group, LLC (“TC Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates tcadvisoryservices.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect the information you choose to give us on our consultation forms, plus basic technical data our web host records automatically. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
Our consultation and inquiry forms are provided by HubSpot. When you submit one, we receive what you enter, which typically includes:
Please do not submit confidential financial statements, tax returns, or other sensitive business records through the website. Send those only after an engagement letter is signed and we have given you a secure method for delivering them.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser and device type, referring pages, and the dates and times of requests. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site available.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies that do appear are functional ones set by WordPress or by HubSpot to make its forms work.
We keep this list short on purpose. The services below are the only ones that receive information through this website:
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not provide it to data brokers.
We do not use the information you submit to send marketing you did not ask for.
Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted. Records connected to an actual engagement are kept for the period required by our professional standards, our insurers, and applicable tax and legal requirements. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) across this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This is why we ask you not to send sensitive financial records through the website.
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to brandon@tcadvisoryservices.com and tell us what you need. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are professionally or legally required to keep.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including rights to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any other right, contact us at brandon@tcadvisoryservices.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
This website is intended for business owners and their professional advisers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Some pages link to third-party sites, including professional bodies and government resources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply once you leave tcadvisoryservices.com.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
